This special one-day event is designed to provide carers, particularly those over 60, with information and practical tools to assist them in planning for the future.

Health Minister Dr Stephen Ladyman MP (pictured) has agreed to be the keynote speaker and we aim to raise national awareness of these priority issues for carers.

BBC presenter and reporter Donal MacIntyre will chair the day and there will be the opportunity to have your questions answered by a panel of local and national speakers.
